This is the second bubble jumper I purchased. The air vent is made totally different on this jumper bubble, which causes less air to blow inside the bubble (there’s a white cover over the air vent that blocks the air) and the balloons don’t blow/circulate nearly as fast as their advertisement. The balloons stay to one side of the bubble. Balloons are very light and should circulate no matter how many. I ordered a custom 13 feet diameter bubble. Very large! As a buyer we purchase based on what’s being advertised. I requested a refund to my credit card who’s system only allows pictures not video evidence. My evidence is in the video which shows the balloon doesn’t circulate. The blower box arrived damage, seller refused to resend a new blower. This is over $1,400.00 wasted seller refused to refund even a portion of my money. My customer was very disappointed the kids didn’t have as much fun as promised because the balloon didn’t circulate fast like the videos from the seller.
